PETE ZELDMAN
Pete Zeldman is a uniquely creative musician who is as original as he is iconoclastic in a sense. I first met Pete many years ago and I had never heard an approach like his. It's one thing to hear certain rhythmic events or certain textures. But to combine them and translate what one hears, and to do it live is another, especially the way that Pete layers them.
Pete has lived in the U.K. now for several years with his wife Cheryl and their cat Pablo. He has taught there extensively and has been a solo artist as well. He has released two seminal albums, the first in 1991 called Other Not Elsewhere, now available as an MP3 download. And the second being the more recent Twilight Walks Over, which is available on CD Baby. Two audio excerpts can be heard in this episode.
Download and purchase information is available HERE on Pete's website:

By illuminating Pete's creativity, his gifts may be continually shared with the world.
