I was lucky to have a father who was into progressive rock and a mother who was into jazz and Brazilian music. So I grew up exposed to really great music and my standards became so high that I can't dwell on the mainstream stuff they sell the masses these days. However I must thank Steve Holmes from the house of drumming forum for turning me onto you Vinnie, and I think you must be my most influential artist out of all that I've been exposed to throughout my life.
